Delete your Delv account

You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email avraw@proton.me from the address associated with your Delv account.
  2. Use the subject “Delete my Delv account.”
  3. We will verify that the request belongs to you.
  4. Verified requests will be processed within seven business days, followed by a confirmation email.

Limited retention

Deletion removes active personal data. Records may remain briefly in encrypted backups, security logs, or where retention is required by law. Aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained.

Deleting the app is not enough

Uninstalling Delv removes local app data but does not delete your server account. Use the request process above for account deletion.
